Fireworks Classic Steakhouse Roast Beef Crostini
This is my go-to for samplings and demos at the local shops around town. The recipe is really quick and totally delicious. And you can easily substitute gluten free baguette in for the crostini if needed.
Fireworks Classic Steakhouse Crostini
1 Baguette sliced on the diagonal 1/4” thick
1/2 Pound Sliced Deli Roast Beef
1 Jar Fireworks Classic Steakhouse Butter
1 Small Jar Roasted Whole Red Peppers, strained
and thinly sliced (1/4" think)
1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil for garnish
Heat oven to 350˚. Place baguette slices on parchment lined baking sheet and toast until lightly golden (5-7 minutes). Remove from oven. Let cool a few minutes. Spread butter on each piece and place small stacks of roast beef on top. Then take two slices of red pepper and make an “X” on top of beef for each crostini. Finally, top each with a bit of basil. Voila! Easy peasy and will no doubt get rave reviews.
